Our Regulation
ARRIVALS: the rooms will be available from 02:00 p.m. At their arrival, guests will be accompanied to their room and asked for their IDs/passports for the registration procedure.
DEPARTURES: on departure day, unless otherwise agreed, our guests must check out by 11:00 am.
PAYMENTS: upon booking confirmation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount. You can pay the balance on arrival or departure day, in cash. We are sorry but, at the moment, we do not accept credit card payments.
WELCOME: the guest reception service operates 24/7, but if we are not there to welcome you, you can self-check-in and enter the property at any time.
